ASK PROXIMA E1655 REVIEW - WARRANTY

Warranty and Support

The E1655U has a three year (or 3000 hour) parts and service warranty on the projector and a one year (or 1000 hour) warranty on the lamp.  Three years is fairly standard for a projector in this class, but the 3000 hour restriction could be an issue for heavy users.  The one year or 1000 hour warranty on the lamp is much better than the 90-day lamp warranty we're accustomed to seeing.

In addition to the warranty, Ask Proxima also provides an advance replacement projector for the first year of the warranty.  If something goes wrong, they will ship you a replacement projector before you send the defective projector in for repair, to minimize any down time.  In the second year of the warranty, a replacement projector will be provided once the defective projector has been sent in.

Ask Proxima also offers extended service plans at additional cost.
