BenQ PE7800 - Warranty

BenQ’s warranty is about as good as it gets for a home theater projector! Three years on parts and labor, and BenQ offers a replacement program for the first year. How that works: If, your machine develops a problem during the first year (a warrantable problem – forget it if it falls out of the ceiling and breaks) contact BenQ and they will send you a replacement PE7800 to be delivered in two business days. Then you send the broken one back – and you are done. If, instead, you prefer to have them repair yours and wait, that’s ok too.
