BenQ offers an exceptionally good warranty: 3 years parts and labor. Should there be a problem during the first year, BenQ's warranty includes replacing the projector (they ship within 48 hours - business days), with another one, and they pay the freight charges. (The replacement unit won't be brand new - unless you are very lucky, but that is typical of all replacement programs.
