Stewart Firehawk G3 Motorized, Tensioned, Projector Screen Review: Warranty

Officially, Stewart Filmscreen provides a 1 year parts and labor warranty. My past experience, however, as a large Stewart Filmscreen Dealer (hundreds sold a year), is that not only does Stewart hand build your screen, but they take customer service just as seriously. Over the years, I can recall only a handful of issues with Stewart's screens, and anytime there really was a complaint, Stewart was very pro-active at solving the issue at hand. In other words, the kind of customer service you want for everything you buy.
