Hi Art, I'm interested in DLP projectors such as this BenQ mostly due to the increased sharpness over 3LCD projectors. I have the Epson 8350 and find it to be a fantastic projector in most areas, except the sharpness is pretty disappointing when a PC is plugged in via HDMI. Text can be hard to read due to the softness of the image and focus rolloff. I would love it if you would consider incorporating a sharpness test into your reviews that involved hooking up a PC, as the small details and text on a computer desktop require much more sharpness than something like a PS3 does, and this situation is a very good test of a projector's capabilities (and one that is often overlooked, it seems).

I actually exchanged my 8350 for this reason, but found that the replacement projector had the exact same lack of sharpness and focus uniformity; easily apparent when viewing a PC desktop.

Thanks for the update. I hope you get something better than the 1.0 firmware shipped with the first batch of W7000s. That still had serious issues switching into 3D mode and often needed a power-off-reset when it got really confused.
