Epson has long had a great reputation, for both reliability and for support. Epson backs up the Home Cinema 1080 with a 2 year parts and labor warranty, that also includes 2 years of overnight replacement.

The Pro Cinema 1080, by comparsion, provides an extra year - 3 years parts and labor, and also includes the overnight replacement. A little extra value, considering the higher price of the Pro Cinema 1080.

Most home theater projectors have a two year warranty, a number of lower cost (and not so low) have only one year. Only few projectors have a three year warranty (BenQ, for example provides three years on all but their entry level home theater projector).

The Epson warranty, as well as their support and customer service programs are sure hard to beat. I should note that Epson also has a phenomenal reputation for reliability.
