Mitsubishi provides a two year parts and labor warranty on the HC4900. That is pretty much the average out there. There isn't any type of overnight loaner or replacement program.

Here's how the closest competition stacks up, in terms of warranty: The Panasonic PT-AE1000U has a one year parts/labor warranty, and the Epson has two years, but the Epson comes with an overnight replacement program for both years. The BenQ W9000 comes with a single year, and lastly, Optoma's new HD80 has a two year warranty.

So, the bottom line is that the HC4900 has a typical warranty for 1080p projectors in its price range. Only the Epson has a significantly better, but not longer warranty!
