Two years parts and labor, with NEC's RepairCare, which their website describes as 3 day at the factory maximum repair time, with NEC paying freight in both directions. All in all, that's a good warranty, but not exceptional. Brands like Sanyo and BenQ offer 3 years. InFocus one or two years, Epson two years, and Panasonic one year coverage on their respective home theater projectors.
