Although one of the most popular home theater projectors of its day, the Panasonic PT-AE900U has been replaced by the Panasonic PT-AX100U, and more recently, the PT-AX200U. The 720p projector provided sharp, rich images and performed great during dark scenes. The AE900U offered 1100 lumens and a contrast ratio of 5500:1.
