Of course Runco is well known for customer support, and offers additional support programs in conjunction with their trained dealers. RuncoCare support lines are open 24/7!

RuncoCare also includes a 1000 hour lamp warranty, and one way 2nd day freight.

The company also offers Runco RedCarpet extended care service.

While two years is pretty typical out there, I suspect that most Runco owners opt for the more comprehensive RedCarpet care program in conjunction with dealer support. The couple of Runco dealers I know tend to be a bit fanatical about support, and are a key part of the process of keeping their clients up, running, and happy.
