Color Temperature

Color Temp over IRE Range (Pre calibration, best mode): Natural

Before we provide our settings, let's see what we started out with: Pre calibration, these are the color temperatures over the grayscale range.

Lumen Output and Color Temp at 100 IRE:
Dynamic	2776 @ 6334
Living Room	2110 @ 7788, 1892 in Medium lamp mode (default)
Natural	2297 @ 6466, 1653 in Eco lamp mode (default)
Cinema	2277 @ 6849, 1539 in Eco lamp mode (default)
Auto	1559 @ 7109 in Eco lamp (default, can’t be changed)

Mike's General Comments

Overall, there are a lot of similarities between the 3600e and the 4030 reviewed last year. However, lumen output is much greater in all modes than the 4030. The Auto mode is similar to Living Room in grayscale balance, but since there’s no ability to change anything with Auto mode, it can’t be improved.
