6000-ANSI Lumen TW865-NL, a WXGA resolution projector with interchangeable lenses designed to meet the needs and ease installation challenges found in large venues. The only DLP projector in its class with
a center-lens design, and 360 degree operation for maximum placement flexibility, the TW865-NL is ideal for installations where 24/7 use is required, such as surveillance, traffic and command & control operations. Supported by Optoma’s Express Replacement Service three-year warranty (one-year on lamp), it is a reliable performer for use in auditoriums and large conference rooms in businesses, schools, houses of worship, and medical facilities. The TW865-NL will be available in July at an estimated price of $3,999.

Users have a choice of three optional lenses. Standard, short throw and long throw, with throw ratios ranging from 1 to 3.07:1, to provide a projection range of 50 to 500 feet. The motorized zoom, focus, and lens shift (50% vertical and 10% horizontal), combined with up to 20% keystone correction and the ability to mount the TW865-NL horizontally, or at any angle, gives installers almost limitless placement flexibility for the best possible projection quality and customer satisfaction. The side-loading lamp design offers users convenience by eliminating the need to take down the projector when replacing a lamp.
The TW865-NL provides connectivity for just about any source device or network control system, including AMX, Extron and Crestron. The TW865-NL also comes pre-calibrated for specific settings, including classroom, presentation and DICOM, a global IT standard used in virtually all hospitals, ensures the projector will work seamlessly with medical systems designed to produce, manage, view and distribute images. Communication and control is supported through both RS232C and RJ45 interfaces, and a complete selection of I/O ports including HDMI, DVI, two VGA-in, VGA-out, S-video, composite, component, RGBHV, BNC, two stereo audio-in, RCA audio-in, stereo audio-out, USB A or wireless, mini USB display port, wired remote in/out and a 12v trigger.
TW865-NL is both PC and Mac compatible. It supports all popular computer formats, (UXGA, WXGA, SXGA+, SXGA, XGA, SVGA, VGA Resized, and VESA), as well as providing video compatibility
for NTSC, PAL, SECAM, SDTV (480i), EDTV (480p), HDTV (720p, 1080i/p). 3D compatibility includes frame sequential 720p, XGA, SVGA, and 120Hz; all 3D content can be viewed with active LCD shutter glasses or RF glasses when projector is used with compatible 3D player.
The TW865-NL weighs 40.3 lbs without the lens and measures 21.3” wide x 7.8” high x 16.5” deep.
