SIM2’s C3X Projector Review – Warranty

Sim2 provides a 2 years parts an labor warranty. I could not find out what the lamp warranty was as of intial publication. I will plug in that info as soon as it is provided to me.

I should note, that twice I called into Sim2 requiring some assistance.

Even that was a satifying experience.

I called during business hours, and actually got a person (a receptionist) both times, probably within 2 rings. I required some technical assistance. The first time, I had a gentleman named Robinson on the phone helping me – within seconds. (He effortlessly answered my questions.) The second time, I had to wait a good minute. Again, within a minute or two I was off the phone with my questions answered.

In a world of 5 level deep phone menus, and 10-40 minute hold tmes, what a treat! Kudos to a company that understands what SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS is about.
