Vivitek H1080FD Projector – We finally lay our hands on the newest version

Greetings!

OK the Vivitek H1080FD home theater projector finally arrived. Mike’s got it and will bring it back tomorrow all nicely measured and calibrated.  Look for a blog on Thursday, with first impressions.  I’m going to try to have the entire review done by early next week.

The H1080FD is the second of the three new $999 projectors we’re reviewing, and we expect the BenQ W1000 to arrive early next week (fingers (crossed).
