AirPlay

Glossary_Airplay#2 - Projector Reviews - Image

AirPlay is a proprietary protocol developed by Apple that allows users to stream audio and video content from an Apple device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, to an AirPlay-compatible device like a projector.

AirPlay in a projector allows users to send content from an Apple device using the AirPlay protocol. AirPlay allows users to easily share and display content, such as videos, photos, and presentations, from their Apple device on a larger screen without cables or a complicated setup.

To use Airplay, the projector, and the Apple device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network; then, the user can activate the Airplay feature on the device, select the projector as the output device, and display the content.

Airplay is a good option for those with mostly Apple devices and want to share content from them to a projector to display on a big screen.
