The Sony VPL-VW915ES, VPL-VW715ES and VPL-GTZ380 may look like all of Sony’s previous projectors on the outside – same chassis’, inputs, etc. – but what’s under the hood has gotten a complete overhaul. The VPL-VW915ES and VPL-VW715ES include the new projector optimized version of Sony’s X1 video processor, which allows frame-by-frame analysis and tone mapping of HDR content, and the VPL-GRZ380 has an even more powerful processor inside.
