Sanyo provides a 3 year warranty on Parts and Labor, with rapid turn-around. Sanyo pays the freight. That's a better than average warranty. On the Tech Support side, you are expected to go through your dealer. You can email Sanyo, however.
Note, Sanyo does not normally replace immediately defective projectors, for end users or dealers. Instead they repair them for you. You might want to ask your dealer what they will do for you, if your projector fails or develops a problem in the first 30 days you have it.
