BenQ PB7200 - Warranty

The BenQ PB7200 projector comes with an excellent warranty: 3 years parts and labor, with a first year replacement program. Since most manufacturers provide only 2 years (and some like Dell offer only one), this is pretty good. The replacement program is set up so that BenQ will ship out a replacement projector should yours drop dead (or malfunction) during the first year. BenQ calls it a 48 hour program, with the projector shipping out the same (business day) or next business day. Some other manufacturers claim a 24 hour program, but almost always have a cut-off time around 2 or 3pm Pacific.
