The MX631ST comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty on the projector and a 1 year or 2000 hours warranty on the original factory installed lamp. Return authorization is required and the customer pays the shipping costs to BenQ, or their authorized service provider, then BenQ will pay the shipping costs to return the repaired projector back to the customer. BenQ does not provide a rapid replacement service as do a certain other manufacturers of business projectors. While the lamp warranty is better than average, overall the warranty is only average.
